Robust, yet slower growing, ‘Roman Beauty’ produces arching stems loaded with deep green foliage that form a tight, spreading mound that is loaded with great scent. This selection is also very decorative and a blooming machine with soft blue flowers covering its stems in early to mid spring. As with all Rosemary, ‘Roman Beauty’ exhibits a strong, deliciously pungent scent and flavor, superb deer resistance in the landscape and great salt tolerance, too. Use with beef, lamb, pork along with a raft of vegetable dishes to take advantage of its unique scent. With its tight, slowly spreading form, it is a great selection for growing in a container or for a small space in the herb garden.
