Deep green foliage forms a tight, pleasing mound that gives rise to sturdy flower stalks bearing buds in late June. These buds open in late July to show off double pink flowers with yellow centers that continue to bloom right through September. The flowers on this profuse bloomer are substantial and hold up well for a great landscape show.

Unique double pink flowers measure 3 1/2″ across, which is twice as large as most Japanese anemones. They’ll add incredible interest to the garden during the late summer into fall. The foliage is an attractive glossy green and ‘Party Dress’ shows its best in sun or shade.

Low growing, thick gray-green leaves emerge in spring in pairs. From the center of each pair comes a short stalk with a large bud that opens in summer to reveal a large muted pink sphere of star-shaped flowers. Deer resistant!
